About the role

The Guest Service Expert delivers memorable dining experiences for guests at Sheraton Brussels Airport, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant area. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to set tables, serve meals, and maintain a welcoming environment. The role involves physical activity and adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables and dining areas according to hotel standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Clean and restock work areas, utensils, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Manage menu information, verify items, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
