Debt and Capital Advisory Expert

About the role

PwC’s Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory practice is seeking a Debt and Capital Advisory Expert to join its Belgian team. You will work on high‑value financing projects, collaborating with international banks, investors and corporate clients to structure and execute complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead debt advisory mandates and act as the primary client contact throughout the deal cycle.
• Structure and execute acquisition finance, leveraged finance, refinancing, recapitalisations and growth financing transactions.
• Provide strategic advice on capital structures, funding alternatives and debt capacity.
• Manage the full financing lifecycle, from initial analysis to lender negotiations and closing.
• Oversee the creation of client deliverables such as information memoranda, financial models and presentations.
• Lead and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including banks, debt funds and legal advisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in debt advisory, corporate finance or financing transactions with a track record of successful deal execution.
• Strong ownership mindset, capable of managing project timelines, budgets and delivery quality.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
