Manager Accountancy

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, answering clients’ tax and financial questions.
• Prepare interim statements and annual reports for Belgian and international companies.
• Maintain accounts, prepare VAT and tax returns, and attend tax audits.
• Provide well‑founded advice and create added value for customers.
• Support the manager and supervise junior and senior colleagues.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Participate in ITAA coaching and manage increasingly challenging dossiers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultancy or accountancy firm.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• High sense of responsibility and result‑oriented customer service.
• Passion for numbers and continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and offices.
