Contract Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to work remotely on creating high‑quality legal templates and samples for a range of commercial agreements. This role supports an AI‑training project by delivering well‑structured documents that reflect current legal standards and practical business use.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and refine templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents comply with up‑to‑date legal standards, industry best practices, and real‑world commercial scenarios.
• Submit polished, high‑quality files that will become part of the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally—both in writing and verbally—to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote collaboration environment.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
