Client Relations Agent – Norwegian & English

About the role

As a Client Relations Agent you will represent Hermès, ensuring the satisfaction of customers across the Benelux‑Nordics region. Based at the headquarters in Brussels, you will provide high‑quality support through phone, email and other digital channels, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end‑customers contacting Hermès stores via email, telephone or digital platforms.
• Provide comprehensive product information, availability, reservations and procedural guidance on purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain and improve the quality of relationships with customers and stores in line with Hermès’ service philosophy.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure follow‑up and resolution of customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel, retail or e‑commerce environments, preferably with an international clientele.
• Strong empathy, customer‑service orientation and the ability to place the customer at the centre of all actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English; knowledge of Swedish, Danish or Finnish is a plus.
• Organised, analytical, self‑reliant and capable of managing stress and conflict.
• Team‑player who values collaboration and mutual support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple software applications and the ability to work with several programs simultaneously.
