About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead high‑value SaaS sales initiatives across Fortune 500 and multinational accounts. Based in a remote‑first, fast‑growing technology company, you will shape strategic revenue growth and drive long‑term enterprise relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and scale enterprise sales operations targeting complex, high‑value SaaS deals.
  • Own revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline generation and strategic account growth.
  • Develop and execute long‑term account strategies to maximize enterprise revenue.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and deal inspection using MEDDPICC and value‑based selling.
  • Conduct regular deal reviews, pipeline assessments and account planning sessions.
  • Lead negotiations with procurement, legal, technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships, delivering ROI models and compelling business cases.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to support adoption, retention and expansion.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor, hire and develop high‑performing enterprise sales professionals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and strategic customer engagements.

Required profile

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational rigor.
  • Excellent executive‑level relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence go‑to‑market strategy and drive business expansion.

Required skills

  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and value‑based selling methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales processes.
  • Advanced pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Strong account‑based planning and deal inspection skills.
