Sales Manager – Sustainable Beverage Packaging

About the role

Rekeg Solutions bv is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities in France. You will promote innovative, eco‑friendly beverage packaging solutions and drive growth for a company committed to sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the beverage sector.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage sales pipelines, conduct negotiations and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and actively pursue business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, strategic planning and account management.
• Strong negotiation, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency in market analysis and business development identification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with eco‑friendly products, especially in the beverage industry, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
