Customer Technology & Advisory Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Technology & Advisory Manager to lead client‑first initiatives, design customer experiences, and drive growth for C‑level stakeholders. You will manage end‑to‑end engagements, coach teams, and shape strategic roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Support C‑level agendas and translate client needs into concrete projects and requirements.
• Design and implement customer experience strategies to unlock growth and value.
• Manage end‑to‑end engagements, including planning, governance, and delivery.
• Coach and mentor analysts and consultants, fostering career development.
• Conduct assessments to identify client vulnerabilities, opportunities, and strategic insights.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in customer sales, service, or consulting.
• Proven consulting or project‑management background with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and lead workshops.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of eCommerce, marketplaces, and customer analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with engagement centers, conversational AI, chat, and customer portals.
