About the role

We are seeking consultant‑entrepreneurs to join BXVentures Advisory, a firm that blends strategy, transformation execution and venture building to help industrial leaders adopt deep‑tech innovations. You will work directly with C‑level clients from day one, influencing real decisions and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze emerging deep‑technology trends and assess their impact on client businesses.
• Develop and execute strategic road‑maps for industrial clients to adopt new technologies.
• Participate in venture‑building activities, from idea validation to market entry.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
• Maintain direct exposure to senior executives and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Background in top‑tier consulting, industrial corporations, deep‑tech ventures, or research‑to‑market roles.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for ownership and impact.
