Web Operations Specialist (HR Content)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Operations Specialist to manage and improve the architecture, navigation and editorial quality of our HR web content. You will work closely with content owners, developers and the community management team to ensure information is accurate, accessible and easy to find.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and maintain the information architecture and navigation structure for current and future HR sites.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks for broken links, formatting consistency and compliance with editorial, WCAG accessibility and internal SEO guidelines.
• Test search functionality and virtual agents to verify they meet business requirements.
• Provide web writing, proofreading and optimisation for readability, accessibility and internal search engine performance.
• Identify and update content that needs improvement to align with business goals and user needs.
• Coordinate content publishing with owners and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support community‑management activities such as presentations, tutorials and support sessions.
• Monitor usage, search and navigation analytics, produce reports and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT (or Bachelor’s with at least nine years of relevant experience).
• Minimum five years of experience in web content management, information architecture or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and ability to work with technical and non‑technical audiences.
