Talent Acquisition Consultant – EMEA Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its Europe, Middle East and Africa Manufacturing & Supply Chain Talent Acquisition team. The role will support full‑cycle recruiting across the EMEA region, with a focus on France and Spain, and will help build a pipeline of top talent for manufacturing and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on market trends, labor intelligence and recruiting technology.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements, assess candidates and forecast hiring needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidate networks.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant talent‑acquisition experience (typically 3 years or more).
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and supply‑chain job families.

Required skills

• Proficiency with talent‑acquisition digital tools, such as LinkedIn.
