Sales Promoter Internship – Out of Home (BeLux)

About the role

This 6‑month paid internship gives you hands‑on experience in field sales for Nestlé Waters’ iconic brands across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will spend most of your week on the road, visiting out‑of‑home customers such as wholesalers, petrol stations, hotels and restaurants to drive distribution, visibility and sales performance. The role combines commercial execution with reporting and relationship building at point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the distribution of Nestlé Waters brands.
• Ensure compliance with contractually agreed assortments at point‑of‑sale level.
• Propose, implement and monitor promotional actions for customers.
• Increase brand visibility and quality of execution in points of sale.
• Handle reporting and administrative tasks, including invoicing and CRM updates.
• Present, sell and negotiate new products with existing customers.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence (non‑negotiable).
• Native or fluent French and strong command of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Sales, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong autonomy, flexibility and a hands‑on mindset.
• Clear commercial orientation and ease in building relationships.
• Organised, rigorous and ambitious attitude.
• Comfortable using IT tools and digital systems.
