Sales Manager – FMCG (Belgium & Benelux)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager (or Senior Sales Manager) for a long‑established FMCG distributor operating in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The role will drive commercial growth across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and alternative channels, starting with one of the world’s largest energy‑drink brands and expanding the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales activities across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and alternative channels.
• Develop and grow key retail and wholesale partnerships.
• Win new partners, secure listings, manage promotions and ensure in‑store execution.
• Design and implement smarter sales processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Solid FMCG sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade and/or Traditional Trade.
• An active network of retailers, buyers and decision‑makers in Belgium.
• Leadership mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus.
