HR Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Join Nestlé’s HR team in Brussels for a 6‑month paid internship supporting the full recruitment journey for over 20 interns across the Belgilux portfolio. You will also contribute to employer‑branding initiatives and help create a vibrant intern community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and manage the full recruitment cycle for over 20 interns across Nestlé Belgilux brands.
• Organise intern integration events, networking sessions and training programmes, and act as a reference point for interns.
• Support employer‑branding activities such as job fairs, workshops, and the creation of communication materials and campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with a strong command of English.
• Enrolled in or holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrates trustworthiness, strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
