Global Tax Senior Manager – International Tax

About the role

Join PwC’s International Tax team as a Global Tax Senior Manager, advising multinational clients on Belgian corporate and international tax matters. You will act as the first point of contact, helping clients navigate complex tax ecosystems and deliver sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise multinational clients on tax model, strategy and policy, including seeking rulings and upfront agreements.
• Support clients in tax disputes, appeals and mutual agreement procedures.
• Lead structured, critical projects to meet client tax needs.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Belgian corporate income tax and international taxation and share insights with the team.
• Build and manage client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
• Coach and develop junior tax professionals within the Global Tax practice.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in‑house, Big‑4, law firm or tax authorities.
• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics or a quantitative discipline; postgraduate tax qualification is a plus.
• Strong interest in business and corporate strategy with solid analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills and a coaching mindset.
