Freelance Digital Workplace Project Manager (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and overall digital experience. The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid work model (50% remote) and starts on 1 September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Digital Workplace projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital workplace solutions.
• Plan, budget, scope, risk‑manage, and report on project progress.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data‑privacy standards.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to adoption, user satisfaction, and business value.
• Support change‑management and user‑adoption initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in IT Project/Program Management (Agile, PRINCE2, PMI or similar).
• Strong stakeholder and change‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience with Digital Workplace technologies and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in complex enterprise environments.
