About the role
Join FMTC Safety’s Zeebrugge training centre as a Working at Height Instructor. You will inspire participants, deliver hands‑on safety training and ensure they are fully prepared for real‑world emergency situations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality training courses in line with GWO standards.
- Design, execute and continuously improve practical, height‑based training sessions.
- Guide participants through realistic, height‑focused scenarios.
- Maintain and enforce the highest safety standards throughout all activities.
Required profile
- Instructor experience is a plus; the right mindset is essential.
- Willingness to obtain or already hold GWO certifications.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible and hands‑on attitude.
- Passion for safety, training and working with people.
- Experience in offshore wind, rope access, working at heights or other high‑risk industrial environments is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to safety rules and participant well‑being.
