Workday Senior Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a Workday Senior Consultant to join its Technology Consulting team in Brussels. You will help organisations transform their HR function by delivering end‑to‑end Workday HCM implementations that improve processes, employee experience and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand HR strategy, business objectives and transformation ambitions.
• Lead or contribute to Workday HCM workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle – design, configuration, testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Analyse and challenge business requirements, providing strategic recommendations based on Workday best practices.
• Design, optimise and improve HR business processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Configure Workday solutions across HCM Core and related modules, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals.
• Coordinate workshops, facilitate discussions and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Use data, insights and critical thinking to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
• Support project planning, delivery timelines and quality outcomes while owning assigned deliverables.
• Identify opportunities where technology can further enhance HR processes and organisational performance.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Consulting, Technology, Risk and Business Consulting teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Workday HCM implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead workstreams and coordinate workshops.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on innovative solutions.
