Wellness Concierge

About the role

The Wellness Concierge joins the Spa department of Corinthia Brussels, acting as the first and lasting impression of the wellness experience. You will guide guests through every stage of their journey with warmth, precision, and discretion, ensuring a personalized and seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in person and by phone with professionalism, warmth, elegance, and discretion.
• Manage spa reservations, treatment scheduling, and guest itineraries while optimizing therapist utilization.
• Present treatments, thermal experiences, memberships, wellness offerings, and retail products confidently.
• Anticipate guest preferences, personalize experiences, and record detailed guest notes.
• Coordinate arrivals, locker assignments, VIP amenities, celebrations, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles in operational systems and communicate with therapists, hosts, and hotel departments.
• Monitor daily operational flow, adapt priorities, and support revenue generation through upgrades and retail.
• Handle guest concerns, service recovery, and special requests with empathy and discretion.
• Ensure reception, lounge, and guest‑facing areas remain calm, refined, and welcoming.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, or guest‑relations environments.
• Familiarity with Forbes or other luxury service standards is a strong advantage.
• Experience with spa scheduling or reservation systems is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
