Warehouse Operator – Logistics

About the role

The Warehouse Operator will support the logistics team by handling aircraft parts and related materials. You will work closely with inspectors and technicians to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of both serviceable and unserviceable items.

Key responsibilities

• Assist inspectors in receiving aircraft parts, verifying contents, and confirming compliance with orders.
• Handle unserviceable parts, allocate them to quarantine areas, and prepare shipments to repair stations.
• Supply tooling and commercial items to technicians, track returns, and record condition.
• Provide aircraft parts to technicians on request and maintain timely reporting.
• Organise shipments of parts, manage customs documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Receive, ship, or store hazardous products according to safety regulations.
• Deliver parts and materials to outstations when required.
• Report discrepancies, suggest solutions, and maintain a clean working environment.
• Enter part data into the computer system and conduct physical inventory counts.

Required profile

• Lower secondary or higher education diploma.
• First experience in logistics is an asset.
• Forklift operator's certificate is an asset.
• Knowledge of the AMOS logistics module is an asset.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel).
