Warehouse Operations Associate Traineeship

About the role

Cyclecure is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Associate for a 4‑6 month paid traineeship. You will be immersed in real‑world B2B logistics, handling inventory, ERP systems, and repair workflows within a fast‑growing micromobility after‑sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve inventory and stock management processes using ERP/WMS tools.
• Perform hands‑on warehouse tasks: receiving, tracking, dispatching, and organizing repair flows.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to meet delivery targets.
• Support rollout of operational tooling and digital workflows.
• Manage the repair pipeline across in‑house mechanics and external partners.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a study program (minimum 4 days/week) or recent graduate eligible for a traineeship program.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working hands‑on.
• Team player who focuses on problem solving.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) processes.
