About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser for & Other Stories, you will shape the in‑store customer journey by translating the brand’s creative vision into compelling visual displays. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the store environment inspires shoppers and supports commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge, and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to guide the store’s visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays that reflect seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfit combinations that influence purchasing decisions.
• Merchandise the shop floor in line with company guidelines to ensure a cohesive, commercial presentation.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and mentor team members to ensure consistency.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visual element enhances the customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling.
• Commercial awareness and ability to use KPI data to drive visual decisions.
