VIP IT Support

About the role

Econocom is looking for a dedicated VIP IT Support professional to provide high‑level technical assistance to approximately 200 VIP users. You will work in a dynamic team, handling both hardware and software issues while ensuring strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote IT support for VIP users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, spam, and phishing incidents.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades, and configure mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
• Create and update technical documentation and manage equipment orders.
• Prioritize tickets according to strict SLAs and follow incidents from start to resolution.
• Participate in migration, rollout projects, and deployment of mobile technologies.
• Support specific events such as Live Event, Suppliers Day, and ICT Meet ICT.
• Assist in cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude, flexibility to meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

• MS Windows (1x), Mac OS, MS Office 365, Microsoft Office (201x).
• Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, HP Service Manager 7.
• Networking (dot1x, IP, switching, routing), VPN (Checkpoint/AnyConnect).
• Skype for Business, VMWare Fusion (Mac), Kaspersky Antivirus.
• SAP Sprint ticketing, Microsoft Surface Hub, MDM Intune, MDM Jamf.
• Dameware Mini Remote Control, Remote Desktop, Hyper‑V.
• Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, DNS, SharePoint, printers/MFPs.
