Vice President Sales Europe & Middle East

About the role

Title21 is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Europe & the Middle East to drive commercial growth and build a high‑performing sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own revenue targets, customer relationships, and sales execution across a regulated SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own ARR growth across Europe and the Middle East.
• Lead and scale the regional sales team, including integration of the MyCellHub team.
• Develop and execute a structured go‑to‑market strategy for biotech and CGT customers.
• Build senior relationships with biotech, pharma, CDMOs, and therapy developers.
• Drive disciplined sales processes such as pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Act as a key commercial leader for Title21’s European platform.

Required profile

• Senior, hands‑on commercial leader with a track record of building and scaling regional sales organizations.
• Strong experience selling enterprise or regulated SaaS solutions.
• Exposure to life sciences, biotech, pharma, CGT, or highly regulated environments.
• Comfort operating in complex, long sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
• International experience across Europe; Middle East exposure is a plus.
