Vice President, Product Management – Stablecoins

About the role

Mastercard’s Blockchain and Digital Assets group is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the design, development and rollout of stablecoin solutions across its global payments platform. The role will drive the integration of multiple stablecoins into Mastercard’s suite of products, working closely with stablecoin issuers and internal cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the development and expansion of the Mastercard Stablecoin Issuer Program, including productizing and automating contractual, onboarding and enablement processes across issuers, currencies and regions.
• Oversee workstreams such as contract standardisation, technical integration, pricing and economics.
• Lead negotiations with stablecoin and other tokenised‑money issuers to ensure commercial viability and alignment with Mastercard products such as remittances, payouts and B2B payments.
• Drive on‑ and off‑ramping integrations, ensuring seamless onboarding of stablecoins onto Mastercard’s platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Treasury and regional teams to deliver end‑to‑end product lifecycles.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience at senior product management level.
• Deep knowledge of the payments landscape and strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated passion for digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Experience in treasury services or transaction banking is highly valued.
