Versatile Road Builder

About the role

Quality Service Belgium (QSB) is looking for a motivated road builder to join its construction crews. You will work outdoors on a variety of infrastructure projects across Belgium, contributing to the creation of roads, sidewalks, bike paths and related civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Construct roads, sidewalks and bike paths.
• Install curbs, retaining walls and street drains.
• Perform foundation, sewer and earthwork tasks.
• Lay pavers, concrete paving stones and other paving materials.
• Collaborate with a professional team and follow safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Motivated and eager to learn, with a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong focus on quality and safety.
• Class B driver’s licence is a plus; BE or C licences are an advantage.
• VCA safety certificate is a plus.

• Road construction techniques.
