About the role
We are looking for a proactive User Support Specialist to provide daily assistance to internal teams and help ensure smooth delivery of IT and business projects. The role operates in an international environment, requiring strong communication in both English and French.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily user support and assistance to internal teams.
- Support project teams, including developers and business analysts, with operational and coordination tasks.
- Follow up on user requests, incidents, and general support activities.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of ongoing IT and business projects.
- Help maintain a high level of service quality and user satisfaction.
Required profile
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Previous experience in service desk, help desk, user support, administration, or project support is an asset.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- Organized, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
