Trusted AI Manager

About the role

KPMG Belgium is seeking a Trusted AI Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI trust and risk services. You will shape the commercial offering, define go‑to‑market strategies, and work closely with clients and internal experts to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design and promote KPMG’s Trusted AI commercial offering across Belgium.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and sales strategies for AI trust services.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior members, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Support the broader Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning practice in business development and project execution.
• Build long‑term client relationships and collaborate with KPMG’s Lighthouse competences.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong affinity for AI, data analytics, and practical project delivery.
• Experience in consultancy go‑to‑market activities and a passion for Trusted AI.
• Commercial mindset, high quality standards, and critical professional attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
