Treasury Consultant Manager

About the role

PwC Advisory is seeking an experienced Treasury Consultant to join its Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium. The role focuses on delivering advisory services around cash, liquidity, technology transformation and transaction support for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategies and advise clients on operational and process improvements for complex treasury challenges.
• Manage multiple engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop and leverage networks within banking, corporate treasury and system‑vendor communities to grow the practice.
• Mentor junior staff and support their career development.
• Lead business‑development initiatives to strengthen PwC’s position in treasury consulting.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, banking or with a system vendor.
• Deep knowledge of at least one of the core service areas: cash & liquidity management, treasury technology transformation, or treasury transaction support.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
