Transport Planner – Italy

About the role

Tailormade Logistics (TML) is looking for a motivated Transport Planner to coordinate its activities in Italy. You will be the link between drivers, colleagues and the wider logistics network, ensuring smooth and efficient transport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule transport activities for the Italian market.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers and internal teams to guarantee seamless operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Handle accurate administration and follow‑up of all transport transactions.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in transport or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented, socially confident and able to communicate clearly when needed.
