Training Coordinator – Kitting

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead kitting‑related training programs for its manufacturing operations. You will ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills required to uphold the company’s high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training curricula for manufacturing staff.
• Maintain and update training documentation, ensuring alignment with Good Documentation Practices and GMP requirements.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and related training documentation tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing required training evidence.
• Track training metrics, generate reports, and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or academic qualification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work various shifts, in cleanroom settings, and follow GMP standards.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Solid knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and regulatory compliance.
