Training & Adoption Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Training & Adoption Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve training and enablement programmes for the Momentum platform used by MediaMarktSaturn. The role will help central and local users adopt new tools, processes and self‑service models, ensuring they can work efficiently in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage training, onboarding sessions and enablement activities for both central and local users.
• Create user guidance, adoption feedback loops and supporting materials that translate Momentum’s operating model into practical formats.
• Provide ongoing support on request logic, service routes, templates, platform usage, approval flows, publishing handovers and new features.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Platform Product Ownership, Delivery Management and Tech & Data Operations to turn operational changes into clear, usable enablement content.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust training programmes to ensure continuous usage and confidence in the tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training or enablement programmes for internal users.
• Strong understanding of adoption processes for self‑service tools and new ways of working.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, delivery and data teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on user confidence and routine building.
