About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Toddler Teacher Assistant to join its vibrant early‑learning team. You will help create a warm, nurturing environment for the youngest learners while supporting the classroom teacher in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in delivering a research‑based, age‑appropriate curriculum.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Ensure a safe, engaging play environment that promotes language, fine and gross motor development.
• Model and encourage positive social behaviors.
• Contribute ideas for balanced daily schedules, including indoor and outdoor activities.

Required profile

• Meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant requirements.
• Flexible and able to work during business hours.
• Passion for infant care and early childhood development.
• Bonus for prior experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
