Technology Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the digital platform ecosystem of a global market leader. The role blends technical expertise with product ownership, stakeholder coordination and team development to deliver innovative marketing technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for digital platforms, continuous improvement initiatives and AI‑driven applications.
• Manage and optimise integrations across web, CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM and analytics systems.
• Conduct code reviews, guide front‑end development and ensure high‑quality technical delivery.
• Act as Product Owner for the online configurator and customer portal, supporting other product owners as needed.
• Oversee external development partners and software vendors, guaranteeing performance, quality and timely delivery.
• Build internal capabilities to reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in digital or web development and marketing technology.
• Proven track record managing complex digital platforms and ecosystems.
• Strong people, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Drupal CMS (configuration and custom development).
• Experience with PIM, DAM and CRM integrations.
• Analytics platform integration.
• Front‑end development and code review.
• AI application knowledge.
