Technology Financial Services Delivery Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Technology Financial Services Delivery Lead to drive innovative IT projects for clients in the financial services sector. Based in Brussels, you will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver large‑scale transformations for banks, insurers and capital market firms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee one or more technology programmes for Accenture or its clients.
• Lead international IT transformation projects within the financial services industry.
• Ensure delivery of client value propositions by implementing robust processes, systems, measurements and controls.
• Manage programme budgets and P&L from inception to completion.
• Oversee service quality, cost and team leadership across client engagements.
• Contribute to the growth of the insurance technology practice through pre‑sales activities and strategy rollout.
• Collaborate with Accenture’s global network of delivery leads.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience as a delivery lead in the IT domain.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets).
• Proven expertise in large‑scale IT transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a good command of French or Dutch.
