Technician (Night Shift) – Warehouse Automation

About the role

You will join a company that designs, integrates and maintains logistics automation solutions for warehouses, production and distribution. Working mainly at night, you will ensure that complex warehouse automation systems run smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and installation of advanced warehouse automation equipment.
• Carry out timely preventive maintenance and quickly resolve technical faults.
• Analyse malfunctions independently, prioritising safety and customer satisfaction.
• Document all interventions in the company’s CMMS system.
• Collaborate with the team when needed while mostly working autonomously.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours, including weekends.

Required profile

• Diploma in electromechanics, electricity or mechanics.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and/or English.
• No fear of heights and good physical condition for work at various levels.
• Motivated, responsible and able to keep administration tidy.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge and work flexibly.
• Several years of experience in a technical role is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of automation (e.g., SCADA, multimeters).
• Understanding of sensors, motors and PLC control systems.
• Experience with CMMS platforms, specifically Sprocket.
• Strong PC skills for reporting and documentation.
