Technical Workplace Lead

About the role

PwC is looking for a Technical Workplace Lead to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions. You will work across audiovisual, collaboration and connectivity domains to enable seamless experiences for internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of digital workplace solutions covering audiovisual, collaboration and connectivity.
• Drive the transition from in‑house services to a managed‑service model, ensuring smooth handover, operational excellence and supplier accountability.
• Manage external suppliers and service providers, monitor SLAs and ensure consistent value delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions aligned with IT strategy.
• Establish and maintain structured ways of working, including documentation, process governance and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality user experience across all digital workplace services.

Required profile

• Proven track record in delivering seamless digital workplace experiences.
• Strong service‑management background with the ability to optimise and manage comprehensive solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve operational excellence.
