Technical Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver engaging training on specialised industrial equipment to customers, partners and internal teams. The role combines technical expertise with strong communication to build confidence and competence across diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom sessions, practical demonstrations and digital learning modules.
• Conduct hands‑on exercises and live equipment demonstrations.
• Create, update and maintain course materials, presentations and assessments.
• Adapt technical content for audiences with varying experience levels.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure training content stays current.
• Track participant progress, maintain training records and report on outcomes.
• Travel internationally as required to support training events.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical environment such as engineering, technical support, field service, maintenance or applications.
• Proven ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment and its operation.
