Technical / Solution Analyst Medior

About the role

Join eXalt’s digital transformation and cloud migration program for strategic clients in banking, energy, transport and the public sector. As a Technical / Solution Analyst (mid‑level) you will assess technical feasibility, map legacy landscapes and define integration and migration strategies for complex enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit and technical mapping of legacy codebases, data structures and system dependencies.
• Define migration and modernization strategies (rehosting, refactoring, replatforming) towards Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Design and document APIs and integration flows using REST, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger and Kafka.
• Produce technical models, sequence diagrams, data flow maps and UML/BPMN schemas.
• Guide development teams during implementation, ensuring alignment with security and performance standards.
• Perform source‑to‑target data mapping and validate data consistency using advanced SQL.
• Apply code analysis and monitoring tools to guarantee robustness and scalability of the new systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as Technical Analyst, Solution Analyst or developer transitioning to architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to read software architecture and identify technical debt.
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
• Experience in cloud migration projects (Azure or AWS) and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes concepts.
