Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote, Belgium)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our network of recruitment professionals. Based in Belgium, you will work remotely while supporting global hiring initiatives across technology, engineering and business functions. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling and performance‑based earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and placement.
• Translate technical hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies for roles such as software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering and product management.
• Conduct recruiter‑level interviews to assess technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear communication throughout.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and long‑term relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Ability to work independently, manage several searches at once and develop trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate candidate fit.
