Technical Project/Program Manager – Enterprise Imaging

About the role

This position leads large‑scale healthcare technology initiatives that improve clinical workflows and patient care through advanced imaging solutions. Based in Belgium, the Technical Project/Program Manager will oversee end‑to‑end enterprise imaging implementations, from planning to go‑live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare IT projects focused on enterprise imaging platforms and related technologies.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including clinical stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and operational groups.
• Manage implementation activities such as testing, deployment preparation, cut‑over planning, go‑live execution, and post‑launch stabilization.
• Support AI and machine‑learning initiatives designed to improve imaging workflows and automation.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role within healthcare IT.
• Proven experience managing enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT implementation methodologies and end‑to‑end project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, clinical users, executives, and vendors.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise imaging solutions such as Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, RIS, or comparable AI/ML imaging platforms.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong organizational skills for managing timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies.
