Technical Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Operator to join our production team. You will work in a highly automated environment, ensuring smooth operation of the production line while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Start up and shut down the production line independently.
• Monitor production parameters and adjust settings to keep the process within specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor malfunctions and coordinate with technical service for major issues.
• Collect samples, conduct laboratory tests, and modify machine settings based on results.
• Maintain a clean workstation through a structured cleaning program.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.
• Technical curiosity and a hands‑on mentality.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in shifts.
• Good command of Dutch.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience operating automated production equipment.
• Basic laboratory testing and sample handling.
• Understanding of machine parameter monitoring and adjustment.
