Technical Architect Integration Services

About the role

As a Technical Architect within the Integration Services of the Infrastructure team, you will shape and evolve the organization’s integration landscape, driving technical vision, governance and continuous improvement of integration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target architecture for Integration Services and keep technology roadmaps up‑to‑date.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new integration technologies and patterns, supporting evolution of existing platforms (performance, scalability, security).
• Support project teams in selecting and implementing appropriate integration solutions and collaborate with development, operations and security teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimise integration services, enhance reusability and standardisation, and monitor industry trends.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect with strong expertise in integration technologies.
• Proven experience in solution or enterprise architecture, able to design scalable, resilient integration solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.

Required skills

• Messaging systems such as MQ and AMQP.
• Event streaming platforms, notably Kafka.
• API management platforms, e.g., Axway Amplify.
• Managed file transfer tools like Sterling.
• Security protocols (OAuth, TLS) and knowledge of microservices, distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid integration architectures, Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes.
