Team Lead

About the role

Dataminded is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive customer engagements, develop people, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects. You will act as the bridge between customers and technical teams, shaping the purpose of each engagement while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, steer, and communicate the purpose of customer engagements.
• Organise the team, delegate responsibilities, and guide members within the customer organisation.
• Inspire, enable, and monitor team wellbeing throughout the engagement.
• Prioritise backlog items, manage technical debt, and coach the team in daily activities.
• Promote knowledge sharing across the engagement, within Dataminded, and beyond.
• Develop and deliver roadmaps despite uncertainty.
• Tackle complex challenges, including organisational and process issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development, consulting, and technology rollout.
• Proven track record of leading and coaching technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and change.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; willingness to learn Dutch or French.
