About the role

Join a young, international advisory team as a Tax Reward Consultant. You will support global and local clients in navigating employment law, mobility, and total rewards, while developing expertise in tax compliance and reward strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client challenges and design tailored total‑reward solutions.
• Develop and implement reward strategies, including compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Provide advice on compensation, international mobility, and tax implications for individuals and organisations.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and technology experts to deliver integrated advisory projects.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of reward‑related technology platforms.
• Progress from junior advisory tasks to leading client projects and coaching junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong interest in people, international tax, and reward management.
• Ability to translate complex tax analyses into clear, practical recommendations.
• Data‑driven mindset with attention to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible attitude.
