Tax Manager – Global Tax Team

About the role

As a Tax Manager you will join the Global Tax Team and provide strategic and operational tax support across a wide range of jurisdictions. You will translate complex tax issues into practical guidance, helping the business make informed decisions on direct tax, transfer pricing and international taxation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tax support to group entities on direct taxes, transfer pricing and international tax matters.
• Analyse the tax impact of business decisions, advise on optimal actions and support implementation to reduce liabilities.
• Contribute to Belgian head‑office tax processes, worldwide tax optimisation, and transfer‑pricing compliance, documentation and policy work.
• Support international structuring projects, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring such as mergers or conversions.
• Develop and document tax compliance processes, transfer‑pricing procedures and elements of the tax control framework.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax accounting, tax provisions and audit strategies, collaborating with external advisors when needed.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance and local teams in a cross‑functional, international environment.

Required profile

• University or Master’s degree, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in taxation.
• Minimum 5 years of taxation experience, ideally a mix of consultancy and industry exposure.
• Strong background in corporate tax within an international context; transfer‑pricing experience is a key asset.
• Knowledge of Belgian tax matters (e.g., innovation deduction, R&D incentives) is a plus.
• Team player with high autonomy, capable of balancing strategic judgment and hands‑on execution.
