Talent Recruiter – Liège

About the role

Gaming1 is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks an experienced Talent Recruiter to drive the hiring process for its fast‑growing gaming business. Based in Liège, you will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and candidate‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from need definition to contract signing.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
• Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings across relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the decision‑making process.
• Guarantee an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Participate in recruitment projects and represent Gaming1 at industry events and meet‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, digital or fast‑growing environments.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of IT roles and terminology, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to evaluate both technical competencies and soft skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
