About the role
Polysense is entering a critical growth phase and needs a Talent Partner to shape its future workforce. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring that only the highest‑quality candidates join the company.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source exceptional talent across technical and non‑technical roles, from graduates to senior executives, using outbound strategies.
- Draft vacancy descriptions, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, and manage the full pipeline from first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Conduct rigorous first‑round interviews, provide honest assessments, and filter candidates so hiring managers meet only the best fits.
- Promote Polysense’s mission and culture, convincing top candidates that this is the right time to join.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and help build a high‑performing recruiting team as the company scales.
Required profile
- Proven ability to identify and place the right talent, distinguishing good from great early in the conversation.
- Experience in high‑bar hiring environments where mediocre hires were not tolerated.
- Natural hunter mindset comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch.
- Strong judgment and confidence to say “no” when a candidate isn’t a fit.
