About the role

Robert Half Legal, a division of the Robert Half group specialised in recruiting legal professionals, is recruiting a Talent Manager for its Brussels (Ixelles) office. The role connects exceptional talent with opportunities in the legal sector.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source lawyers, attorneys, contract managers and qualified paralegals.
• Develop and maintain a broad client network through prospecting and close business relationships with Legal Managers and/or HR Managers.
• Analyse client needs and select suitable candidates.
• Follow up assignments through regular contact with both candidates and clients.
• Build a network by taking part in professional events.

Required profile

• Master in Law or Bachelor degree in Law.
• Proven recruitment experience or a strong background as legal advisor or lawyer.
• Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Resilient, goal-oriented and able to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
