Talent Management Internship – Managed Services

About the role

Join PwC’s Managed Services team for a school internship focused on talent and recruitment operations. You will support project managers and help clients execute day‑to‑day HR activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a leading advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to interview coordination and offer letters.
• Support daily project‑management office tasks, including financial tracking, reporting and market research.
• Identify improvement opportunities in client processes and propose practical solutions.
• Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance the team’s operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master) related to business, HR, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in project management, HR, and innovative ways of working.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot problems and suggest improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
